This attractive variety of Penstemon is noted for its stunning deep wine-red foliage and an erruption of towering stems of tubular flowers that are a deep rose color at the base and a lighter pink towards the top.  A tough and hardy plant, ‘Dark Towers’ is a great all purpose plant, providing foilage color and long lasting blooms.
