‘Fuji Blue’ is the standard balloon flower cultivar.  Growing to two feet in both height and width, this garden favorite produces mid-sized star shaped blue flowers that famously inflate like balloons until they open.  Individually the flowers don’t last long, although an established plant will keep producing them for a good period in summer.
