Also known as Toad Lily, Tricyrtis features one of the most unique flowers I have ever seen.  The color of the flower is white to faint purple and is heavily splotched with dark purple, while the interior of the flower is faint orange and yellow.  Plant this awesome specimen somewhere in the foreground of your shade garden where its outstanding flowers can be viewed up close.
